Tricks have been making all these neat and almost edible bracelets lately, they really remind me of the candy bracelets you could get as a kid (and you’d walk around all day with them around your wrist and eat the little sugar beads once in a while, at the end of the day you’d bee all high on candy and have sticky wrists). A Tricky Challenge – Dotty Madness Scrapbook Layout

The Swedish webzine “Allt om Scrap” publishes an inspiration issue every Sunday, and last Sunday they posted some layouts from a challenge they did. I didn’t have time to do it last weekend, but I thought it sounded like a lot of fun, so I took some time yesterday to do it, since it really did feel like a challenge. Traditions & Midsummer –

Summer is drawing closer and so is one of the best holidays in Sweden: Midsummer. For me it’s the kick off of summer, and even though it’s usually cold and rainy (typical Swedish Midsummer) you can still feel the promises of warm and lazy days to come. I get to spend it on my favourite place on earth, out by our summer cabin, and I get to spend it with friends and family. That thing about feeling creative

Hey! Me and Tricks have been very quiet this winter, which was one of the coldest in Sweden in many years. Even now in the end of May cool winds are still lingering and the sun seems a bit shy. Thank goodness we’re off to Greece in less than three weeks! We’ll soak up some sun and warmth and take a lot of photos to scrapbook with! I’m also thinking about putting together a scrapbook travel kit, something compact and portable, to be able to maybe make or alter some postcards. Hmm. Something to think about. I have some ideas… …
