On Saturday we are arranging a creative mash bash with a couple of friends of ours, and one of the plans is to make x-mas cards. But everyone are welcome to bring whatever project they want, so I think there will be a good mix; paper crafts, sewing machines, knitting. Woo!
To get a bit in the mood I’m planning to bake some x-mas-ish treats and bring some glögg (a type of mulled wine). I love x-mas. I think we need some of that good stuff already, to keep us going until snow comes and brightens things up a bit.
[...] As I mentioned Tricks and I planned a small crafty get together with some friends. We had cupcakes, drank loads of tea, and crafted the hell out of that Saturday. Most of us made christmas cards, but Tess sewed a cuddly collar/scarf that she designed after an animated character! I hope she puts up a how-to on her blog, it looked awesome!
