These last couple of weeks have been very busy at work, and a bit lonely since my co-workers are all on holiday. I for one am very grateful that it’s Friday, finally.
But as I was doing Week in the Life last week I somehow clicked my way to the Paperclipping Roundtable podcast. It’s such an awesome show, I LOVE it, and have spent the better part of this week listening to it. Whether on the bus on my way to work, or when taking a walk on my lunch break, or crafting in my little corner at home, this podcast is a great companion.
It’s very well produced with wonderful hosts and terrific guests, some of who’s blogs I’ve been following for years, and it’s great fun to suddenly hear their voices too. Each pod cast is at least a good solid hour, the discussions are engaging and pleasantly chatty, sometimes you almost forget you’re not in the room with them. Sometimes I sort of get the urge to bake a cake to bring to the next show.
Right now I’m powering through all of the pod casts whenever I have a minute to spare, but I’m looking forward to this coming fall when I can crawl up in the couch with a cup of tea or work on some of my new projects while listening to new episodes.
